Saba Hosts US Travel Journalists for Memorable Island Experiences

Saba recently welcomed two groups of US travel journalists, offering them unique insights into the island's natural beauty, and hospitality. These visits were coordinated by Diamond PR, Saba's public relations firm.

The first group of journalists enjoyed a day trip, immersing themselves in the charm of the island.

Highlights of their visit included a hands-on crafting workshop, a scenic walking tour, and a guided hike showcasing Saba’s breathtaking landscapes. This group featured talented freelancers contributing to prestigious outlets such as The Globe/MSN, TIME, National Geographic, Forbes, TravelAge West, USA Today, Reader's Digest, Food & Wine, Vivant Magazine, AAA Explorer, NFocus, Forbes, and Travel Noire.

The second group visited during Saba’s Rum & Lobster Fest. These journalists enjoyed a range of the activities and explored Saba's unique attractions. Among them was a travel writer and editor renowned for their focus on off-the-beaten-path destinations and sustainable tourism, representing MSN and Travel & Leisure.

Others from the group included a seasoned travel and adventure writer with a focus on culture and the great outdoors representing Forbes, and Business Insider, as well as a travel writer for Thrillist, Time Out, and Matador Network.

Both visits provided an opportunity for Saba to shine on a global stage, showcasing its commitment to sustainability, and authentic travel experiences. By hosting these distinguished journalists, Saba continues to strengthen its presence in the US market and inspire travelers seeking a truly distinctive Caribbean destination in the upcoming publications.

The Saba Tourist Bureau would like to the thank the partners, WinAir and Diamond PR.
