First-Time Driver's License Requirements

To obtain your first driver's license, please ensure you have the following:
  • Proof of Passing the Driver's Exam: Provide documentation that you have successfully passed the driver's examination.
  • Medical (Physical) Form: Submit a completed medical form. Note that the medical form is valid for only 2 months, and it must be submitted to the Census Office before it expires.
  • Current ID Card: Present your current identification card for verification.
  • Fees:
    • Driver's Exam: $140.00 USD
    • Driver's License: $12.00 USD

 

Driver's License Renewal Requirements

To renew your driver's license, please ensure you have the following:
  • Medical (Physical) Form: Submit a completed medical form. Note that the medical form is valid for only 2 months, and it must be submitted to the Census Office before it expires.
  • Old Driver's License: Provide your current driver's license. If your license is lost or stolen, you must file a police report and present the report at the time of your renewal request.
  • Current ID Card: Present your current identification card for verification.
  • Fee: $12.00 USD

 

Changing Over a Foreign Driver's License

To convert your foreign driver's license to a local one, please ensure you have the following:
  • Medical (Physical) Form: Submit a completed medical form. Note that the medical form is valid for only 2 months, and it must be submitted to the Census Office before it expires.
  • Current ID Card: Present your current identification card for verification.
  • Foreign Driver's License: Present your valid foreign driver's license.
  • Fees:
    • Change Over Fee: $140.00 USD
    • Driver's License Fee: $12.00 USD
