Passport Application and Renewal Requirements

Whether you are applying for a new passport or renewing your passport, please ensure you have the following:
  • Old Passport: Present your current passport.
  • Updated Photo: Provide ONE recent passport photo.
  • Children's Passports: Parents must present a valid ID.
  • Proof of Eligibility: Present paperwork proving you meet the requirements to have a Dutch passport (e.g., proof of Dutch citizenship).
  • Foreign Passport: If applicable, present your current foriegn passport.
Fees:
  • Minors: $94.00 USD
  • Adults: $109.00 USD
NOTE: Kindly take note of individuals who are required to be present at the Census Office when applying for Child Passport:
If parents are not married, the mother and the Child must be present at the time of application.
If parents are married, the mother, the father, and the Child must be present at the time of application.

 

Emergency Document Application

For Dutch Citizens:
  • Immediate Request: You can request an emergency document right away.
  • Doctor Appointment Information: Provide details of your doctor's appointment.
  • Travel Information: Present your travel details, both outgoing (going) and incoming (retunring).
  • Valid ID: Provide a valid identification card.
  • New Passport Photos: Submit TWO recent passport photos.
  • Reapply for Passport: You must reapply for a passport at this time. See above for requirements.
Cost: $57.00 USD

 

For Non-Dutch Residents:
  • Doctor Appointment Information: Provide details of your doctor's appointment.
  • Travel Information: Present your travel details, both outgoing (going) and incoming (retunring).
  • Valid ID: Provide a valid identification card.
  • New Passport Photos: Submit THREE recent passport photos.
