Emergency Services for Important Documents

Our special emergency service (picket shift) is here to help you outside regular office hours if you urgently need important documents. This service is only for emergencies that cannot wait until the next working day.

We can help with:

1. Emergency Passports (Noodpaspoorten)
   • If you need to travel urgently and don’t have a valid passport, we can issue an emergency passport to make sure you can travel. Please note, it has to be an urgent matter, like illness or possibly the passing away of a family member. It's important to provide the necessary proof of the urgency. 
     • What do you need?

       • 2 passport photo's that meet the needed requirements

       • The proof of urgency

       • $57,- exact dollars in cash - we don't have any change in the weekends and payment by card is not possible.

2. Laissez-Passer
   • If you’ve lost your passport or need a temporary travel document for an emergency, we can provide a laissez-passer to help you travel. The Laissez-Passer is for people without the Dutch Nationality. Please note, it has to be an urgent matter, like illness or possibly the passing away of a family member. It's important to provide the necessary proof of the urgency. 
     • What do you need?

       • 2 passport photo's that meet the needed requirements

       • The proof of urgency, like a doctor's appointment / letter etc.

       • $57,- exact dollars in cash - we don't have any change on the weekends and payment by card is not possible.
