Building and Demolition Permits*
A permit is required for the construction or demolition of any building or other structures. The application form is provided by ISP, and we are available to assist you with any questions regarding the required documentation and information needed for the application process. *Note: The building and demolition permit process is being improved. We realize that there is a lack of (online) information about why/when a building or demolition permit is required and what is needed to obtain a permit. The aim is to provide residents and businesses with better information about the requirements and the procedure and to digitalize the process.
Long Lease of Land (erfpachten)
Public Entity Saba owns some parcel of land which were given in long lease to residents. The department can assist with renewal of long leases or other questions about long leases.
